Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation Policy

Explains monthly billing cycles, automatic renewal, end-of-period cancellation, and payment-failure handling.

Guidance updated: October 5, 2026 · Current billing, subscription and fee guidance. Existing refund request windows and individual review criteria remain unchanged.

  • Status: Published policy
  • Operator: GettaSYS (a trading name used by an individual operator based in the Republic of Korea)
  • Operating country: Republic of Korea
  • Legal notice: Legal notices and inquiries: support@gettasys.com
  • Effective date: 6 September 2026
  • Contact: support@gettasys.com

1. Pricing and billing cycle

  • BASIC and PRO are one-PC subscriptions that renew automatically each month. The current price, currency, and tax-inclusive status are those shown in the GettaSYS application, the website pricing page, and Paddle Checkout when checkout starts.
  • PRO includes 1,000 base AI Tokens on each successful renewal. Included Tokens do not roll over to the next billing period, and additionally purchased Tokens are managed separately.
  • Additional AI Tokens 1,000 is a one-time PRO-only purchase. Its current price, currency, and tax are shown in the application and Paddle Checkout when the purchase starts.
  • Free Trial lasts three days, requires no card registration, and does not convert automatically to a paid plan.
  • BASIC, PRO and additional AI tokens use fixed prices in KRW, USD, JPY and VND. Your language affects the currency first displayed; you can choose the currency for a new purchase. Changing the language does not change an existing subscription’s billing currency.
  • A price change for an existing subscription applies only after any advance notice or consent required by applicable law and Paddle procedures.
  • The final amount, currency, tax, billing cycle, and next billing date shown in Paddle Checkout or Paddle subscription management take precedence.

2. Payment methods

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and supported South Korean local credit and debit cards
  • Eligible card and wallet methods shown by checkout
  • Some methods may not appear depending on country, currency, device, browser, and Paddle eligibility.
  • Methods not displayed by checkout are unavailable for that transaction

3. Taxes and fees

  • Displayed prices include applicable transaction taxes. Check the currency, tax and total in checkout before paying.
  • Refunds are processed for the approved amount. Payment and refund processing costs charged by Paddle to GettaSYS are not automatically deducted from your approved refund.
  • Exchange rates and your payment provider’s rules for returning foreign transaction or conversion fees may affect the amount received and when it appears.
Check the exact amount and whether fees are returned with your card issuer or payment provider.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month from the initial payment date.
  • Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing date in the Paddle customer portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and features remain available until then.
  • No further charge is made after cancellation becomes effective.

5. Refund policy notice

  • A refund request may be submitted for the initial subscription payment, each monthly renewal payment, and each AI token pack transaction within 14 days of the relevant transaction or renewal date.
  • A request does not guarantee a refund. Full refund, partial refund, or decline is decided case by case under applicable law, Paddle policy, the reason, and usage or consumption.
  • For an AI token pack, the ordinary proposed partial refund is based on the tax-inclusive amount actually paid for that transaction multiplied by the proportion of tokens that remain unused, unreserved, and not previously refunded.
  • Cancellation and refunds are separate processes. See the Refund Policy for the full rules and request routes.
  • Refund Policy

6. Payment failure

  • If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry or ask you to update the payment method. Open Change payment method or Subscription management in Account management, then refresh the status in the app. Paid work functions may be restricted if payment is not recovered; files on your PC remain.

7. Receipts and contact

  • Paddle provides receipts, transaction-tax information, subscription management, and refund processing.
  • Questions about features or account access may be sent to support@gettasys.com.
  • The customer is responsible for its own accounting, expense treatment, and tax filings.

8. Plan changes and payment currency

  • The country in Paddle Checkout is your actual billing country, separate from the display language and payment currency. Paddle may prefill it using available location or customer information. Check it and enter your real billing details; some countries or payment methods require a postal code.
  • A BASIC-to-PRO upgrade keeps your existing subscription currency. Review the prorated charge, tax and proportional included AI tokens before paying. PRO is applied after successful payment is confirmed; if payment fails, your current BASIC access remains. The PRO monthly price applies from your next regular billing date.
  • The plan change amount may vary slightly with the time remaining.
Check the amount in the final confirmation before proceeding.
  • A PRO-to-BASIC change is scheduled for your next billing date. You keep PRO for the current period; scheduling the change does not create an immediate charge or automatic refund. The next BASIC payment uses your existing subscription currency. You can withdraw the reservation before the change takes effect.
  • You cannot buy more AI tokens while a BASIC change is reserved. Your existing purchased balance is kept separately, but AI tools and tokens are usable only with active PRO access. Withdrawing the reservation restores eligibility checks for purchases.
  • Choose the quantity in the app and review the total before opening checkout. Checkout uses that quantity. To change the quantity or currency of an unfinished purchase, cancel it in the app and start again. A completed payment cannot be canceled as an unpaid purchase; use payment and refund support instead.
  • Use Subscription management in Account management for cancellation, cancellation withdrawal, payment methods and receipts. Changing the interface language keeps your regular billing currency unchanged.

9. Signing in and subscribing again after access ends

  • You can still sign in after your trial or paid access ends to manage your account and payments, read notices and the user manual, contact support, and use permitted backup and diagnostic functions. Collection, organization, calculation, product management, product search, AI tools, and product viewing and previews are restricted. Files saved on your PC are not automatically deleted.
  • After access ends, use View BASIC pricing or View PRO pricing to start a new subscription. If a payment or subscription is still processing or needs review, follow the on-screen guidance first. Refund and cancellation records remain in payment history.
